I'm joining Mikes "share your fabric stash" this week.I brought this from a little op-shop in Benalla last year. I have about 3 meters of it. I would love to make a dress out of it but I'm a little scared of sewing with stretchy fabrics.

That's a lovely pattern Claire! You're welcome to borrow my overlocker if you ever need to, it makes sewing strectch stuff so much easier!
Fantastic fabric! You'll be able to make something really great if you have 3 metres. (I did a 1-day "stretch sewing" course at the CAE in the city, which was really good - it made me a lot more confident about sewing the stretchy stuff and helped me understand how to attach bindings and stuff).
That's so gorgeous! I have the same stretch sewing fear....a course sounds great.
Oh that's gorgeous! I think the SEW-U stretch book and a stretch needle for your machine would be a good start! You are really great at making stuff! So have a little practice and jump in!
lovely shades in that fabric...I think it would make a wonderful (and comfy) skirt - go on have a go!
